#42 Give Detailed Kids Info Online. Now it’s really important if you’re trying to attract young families with kids that you have detailed kids information online. So what does that mean? Well, that means, is the children’s ministry every weekend? Is it for the whole service? Is it for part of the service? Is it for certain ages? What ages is it for? Do I have to check my kids in?
How much detailed children’s ministry information does your church provide online? @johnfalke Share on XHow do you handle allergies? What can I expect? How do they keep my kids safe? If someone comes with kid with disabilities, do you have people they’re prepared and equipped to, uh, care for those kids and teach those kids? So there’s all kinds of that parents have when they’re bringing their kids to church for the first time.
I’ve visited a lot of churches over the last couple of years and so I’ve had this experience as well because I take my kids and my family and they want to know what to expect. And I want to be able to prepare them for what’s going to happen. Every church is a little bit different and so it’s really important that you provide detailed kids information on your website so that when someone’s checking it out and considering coming to your church, they’ll feel put at ease and that they can bring their kids and there’ll be a welcoming place for them.
In the next video, I’m going to talk about the importance of advertising, cancellations and schedule changes. Until then, amp it up.
